Basic Cleaning Services
Our basic service includes washing windows
inside and out, toweling edges to clean up any
water residue, washing all screens, and wiping
down sills and tracks. Maintenance Contract
Services Maintenance cleaning is available
monthly, bimonthly or quarterly.
This typically includes cleaning view windows in
high traffic areas of your home or office or
cleaning the outside.
Construction Clean Up
Whether your house was remodeled yesterday or
two years ago we will gladly clean stucco,
silicone or paint off of your windows.
Power Washing
We power wash home exterior, driveways, patios,
walkways, t erraces, decks, entrances, fences,
garages, courtyards and more…
Solar Screen Treatment
We thoroughly clean Solar Screens and apply a
special Vinyl/UV protectant. 3 Day "Rain Check"
If your windows are spotted from rain within
three days of being cleaned, we’ll come back and
touch up the outside – FREE. *
*Sorry we can only do the touch up if the spots
are from rain. Spots from sprinklers and hoses
don’t count!
